Acrobat DC Pro keeps crashing while commenting
I've been using Acrobat DC Pro for two weeks now on Windows 10. The app sometimes crashes while using the strike out and replace tool. It doesn't happen every time I use this tool, but I lose several comments on the PDF file every time Acrobat crashes and I need to restart it. This is pretty annoying! I got in touch with Adobe support here in Brazil, but the agents weren't helpful at all. I'm about to cancel my subscription and go for a free option... I've just lost over 60 comments on the PDF file I was working on. Hope someone can help me.
p.s.: I've already uninstalled the app using the Adobe cleaner and installed Acrobat again. It didn't work.

I did not see a forum for adobe errors so I'm adding it here.
Recently I'm always receiving Adobe folder with a dspartialimage.xic file in my trash upon boot up or restart, I've searched the net which hasn't given me any answers.
Does anyone know what this problem is?
I'm running El Capitan on a 2010 MacPro, it's only started this past week.

Where are text annotation tools?
I'm using Reader 10 to edit a PDF that is enabled for commenting. The Adobe Help shows that there are 10 tools under "Annotations," but my instance shows only 2 (sticky note and highlighter). I can't find a way to add or delete text. How do I find those other text-editing tools?

Please enter address for IMAP server
I'm running on Adobe Acrobat XI Pro (11.0.10) and every time I try to use File/Send File I get the error message: Please enter address for IMAP server.
I tried reparing, uninstalling/re-installing Acrobat and also Office (Outlook) but same error message.
Please advise.

How do I send emails from Acrobat DC on a Mac
If I add an account (using the correct details, ports, passwords etc) it will not send. Other installed applications are able to send with those details.
If I try to send using the default application (Outlook 2016) Outlook is opened but an error displays in Acrobat DC - An error occurred while trying to create a mail document. Adobe Acrobat DC is unable to complete your request.
I have been a long time user of the Creative Cloud subscription but I keep finding the updates break or remove working functions, not just with Acrobat Pro DC (which is a nice tablet aware Acrobat Standard application but NOT an Acrobat Pro application - almost everything is harder for an advanced user), but other applications as well.

Security says 'commenting allowed'.
Reviewers are using compatible version of Acrobat.
Reviewers have access to server.

How do I remove a stamp from favorites?
How do I remove a stamp from favorites? (Acrobat XI Standard)
I testing the Stamps in the Comment portion of Acrobat and I fid that when I select one it ends up as a Favorite.
If you have 2 or more you can remove 1 of them but if you only have 1 you can not remove it.
Is there a problem with me - - or the software?

Acrobat XI Standard - how to print comments summary continuously
Two questions:
1. Comments summary prints out on many pages - i.e., 2 comments from page one take up an entire page, then 1 comment from page three take up the entire next page. I want them to print out continuously to save paper when I print them out. (Otherwise I might as well just have a highlighted hard copy!)
I see options in the Forum for installing Actions, but that's not available in Standard.
Someone on the web suggested changing my conversion settings to "Enable Accessibility and Reflow with tagged Adobe PDF", but I can't even find settings.
2. Also, I searched on Adobe website for a user manual for XI standard and could only find one for Pro. Anyone have a link for the Standard manual?

The document could not be saved. There was a problem reading this document (14)
I work with PDF files that typically contain up to 200 pages (created from MS Word). I use highlights, comments, shapes, lines and text boxes in the PDF file to annotate the document. I frequently will have a few hundred comment objects in each pdf document.
The problem is that, almost always, my documents get to the point where I start getting this error message whenever I try to save the annotated pdf. Many times I can just try the save again and it will work the second time. But, almost always when I keep working with a document and keep adding comment objects, the annotated pdf eventually just won't save anymore.
Is Acrobat DC known to become unstable at a certain file size or after adding a certain number of comment objects? Or after saving a file a certain number of times?
I've tried optimizing the files, but that doesn't seem to help.
Are there any utilities that will find and fix corrupted pdf files?

Acrobat could not compare the documents completely.
No matter how I tweak the settings, when I try to compare PDFs that I created in InDesign, I keep getting this error message: "Acrobat could not compare the documents completely.Do you want to see the report anyway?" If I go ahead anyway, the comparison basically doesn't work. I see only a few of hundreds of changes.

PDFs creating temp files and original disappearing
A colleague has lost a few PDFs they’re working on. While using the comments tool on both occasions she pressed Ctrl + S (on a PC) to save the file & a message appeared saying it wasn’t possible to save the file. When she checked the folder, it just showed two .tmp files, which couldn’t be opened – the original PDF had disappeared. The temp files have new names which look like a bunch of numbers and letters, not meaning anything to us. Any idea why that would have happened?

Error: insufficient data for an image
Multiple users at a client of our have this issue and Acrobat or DC or Reader, whatever they have, errors out. Most of the errors are the "Insufficient data for an image." Another error is "There was an error while reading the stream." Our users have redirected profiles which is what I think the error might be ultimately caused by, but I need feedback from tech support to ultimately be able to pinpoint that.

Where is Strikethrough and Replace in Acrobat Pro DC?
We need this tool-- it is our main tool for marking up PDFs. You highlight the text you want to replace, start typing, and then it strikes through and places a blue mark indicating replacement text. It has worked fine for years, until now. This what the Adobe help page claims should be there:

Any idea how to get it back or make it show up on the commenting toolbar??

Please explain clearly how to use Shared Review with Sharepoint Online
1. I cannot determine any way to connect adobe review with Sharepoint Online 2013. SP2013 does not support workspaces.
Can someone please suggest the best method, either within Adobe or by using a 3rd party site or tool, to achieve collaborative review of documents?

Acrobat DC can't load many comments
We have the latest Version of DC, and we often experience problems when the number of comments are many. We are talking thousands of comments. In the previous Version there are no problem at all With this. We have tried several computers (all Windows 7) and several users we know are saying the same ting.
The last time DC started to struggle when we had made around 1500 comments. Then everything goes really slow and we can't save anything. We even have trouble opening the menus. Like I said everything Works fine in Version XI, and if we export the comments fra XI to DC, the DC is'nt able to load all the comments. It stops, and we can't do anything in the program.
This has happened in several files, With several computers (Windows 7) and several users have reported the same problem. Is there anythin that can be done to fix this??

How to control annotation rotation?
I have a situation where I have created annotations ("redlines") on one PDF and want to copy them onto another PDF. But the annotations rotate depending on how much the new PDF has been rotated.
I saw an answer as to why this happens at the following link.
But now I'm wonderring if there is a way to program the annotations so that they rotate based on the rotation of the PDF page they are being pasted into?

Cannot Open Attachments in PDF
I am using Adobe Acrobat XI and use the Shared Review feature to send out to my SMEs. When someone attached a file in the pdf and returns the file, I am unable to open the attachments. As you can see above in the Comments List, there appears to be a lock icon on the one comment. Double-clicking on the paperclip in the image on the left goes nowhere. We need resolution to this as soon as possible. We have been using the Shared Review feature for many years and now we have this issue. HELP!!
